Starting from August 1, four major mobile operators — MegaFon, Beeline, T2 and MTS — will provide subscribers with unlimited access to the national Max messenger. Usage of the platform will no longer consume data from tariff plan packages while the user is on the home network.

The Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan hosted another open lecture from the "Scientific Code: Summer Lectures" series, at which the Associate Professor at the Institute of Social and Philosophical Sciences of Kazan Federal University Viktor Sidorov informed about one of history's most enigmatic scientists and creators — Leonardo da Vinci and uncovered the secret of Leonardo da Vinci, explaining how the Renaissance genius managed to combine science and art. Guests learned how da Vinci created anatomical drawings, designed flying machines, canals and entire cities. Viktor Sidorov emphasized that ordinary curiosity can become a powerful tool for understanding the world.

The national Max messenger has launched a story-posting feature for Android smartphone users. To use the new feature, it is necessary to update the app to the latest version on RuStore. The stories section is located at the top of the screen in the "Chats" tab. Users can post photos and videos by tapping the plus icon next to their profile photo. Post authors have access to statistics: a counter shows the number of views and reactions, while a timer counts down until the story is automatically deleted.

Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin took part in the graduation ceremony at the International Competence Centre — Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications. This year, 394 young IT specialists graduated from the college, with every fourth graduate receiving an honors diploma.
