On April 7, 2026, the All-Russian campaign "Digital Dictation" was launched. Until April 14, anyone can take part in free online testing to find out how confidently they navigate the digital environment.
You can participate in the dictation via the provided link.
Today, almost every aspect of life is closely connected with the internet and digital services. We use them for work, study, communication and entertainment. According to the Mediascope Group, Russian residents spend an average of 4 hours and 21 minutes online daily. Therefore, working and relaxing in the digital space should be safe.
Participants of the dictation will learn how to better protect their data and finances and recognize fraudulent schemes. This is especially important given that scammers are constantly developing new methods to deceive citizens.
The test questions have been developed by experts from leading Russian universities, in collaboration with Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of the Russian Federation, major IT companies and cybersecurity specialists. The tasks vary in difficulty and cover topics such as:
Using government online services
Protecting personal data
Defending against cyber fraud
Recognizing phishing (fraudulent schemes aimed at stealing personal information such as passwords, bank card details and access to services)
Proper use of digital platforms
The test is suitable for both beginners and experienced internet users. After completing it, participants will receive an electronic certificate with their results and a detailed explanation of their answers.
The results will help experts understand which digital skills need further development across different age groups. This will enable the improvement of educational programmes throughout the country.
