IT Park launches the Russian startup week: innovation, investment and technological breakthrough

1 December 2025, Monday

On December 1, IT park launched the Russian Startup Week, which brought together innovators, investors and technology entrepreneurs from across the country. The five-day marathon includes dozens of events from practical workshops and lectures to investment sessions and hackathons.

Russian Startup Week is part of the "School of Digital Champions" programme and is aimed at creating new technology teams that will eventually become drivers of Tatarstan's digital economy. Particular attention is paid to youth projects: students and aspiring entrepreneurs will have the opportunity not only to present their ideas to experts but also to attract initial investment.

The forum programme covers key trends in the tech industry: from generative artificial intelligence and video game financing to attracting investment and development on the TON platform. The organizers have created tracks for both aspiring entrepreneurs and experienced technology teams.

The central event of the RNS will be the International Championship "Best Digital Technologist of the RTSIM - 2025," which will take place on December 3. This large-scale competition with a prize fund of 1,000,000 roubles has already attracted over 400 participants: 250+ students from 108 educational institutions and 150+ specialists from 64 oil and gas companies.

The geography of the participants is impressive: teams from 16 Russian regions, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kirov, Ulyanovsk and other cities attended the forum. In total, RNS brought together more than 30 startup teams from other regions, not counting the Tatarstan participants.

"Russian Startup Week is strategically important for our republic and the IT Park as our main mission is to create new teams and IT companies in Tatarstan that will develop the digital economy. It is at events like these that new ideas and strategies are born, which subsequently develop into successful companies. This year, we developed the program jointly with our residents, focusing on their needs. In just five days, we will see which projects prove the most promising and interesting," Director of the IT Park Ruslan Vlasov emphasized.

Russian Startup Week will run until December 5th and culminate with a winter startup selection for the IT Park, where the best projects will have the opportunity to become residents of the tech park and receive comprehensive support for their further development. Anyone can attend the event throughout the week; registration is required on the IT Park website.
