Briefing on functioning of System-112 in Tatarstan to be held on December 3

Dear representatives of media agencies!
Briefing dedicated to development of System-112 in Tatarstan will be held at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on December 3. Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov and Minister of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations Rafis Khabibullin will answer journalists’ questions.
To the point, last week state acceptance commission announced positive results of System-112 testing. Best practices are recommended for using in other regions. Till the end of 2013 Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media will issue the order on introducing the number 112 in Tatarstan and a relevant regulatory act will be accepted on the regional level. Afterwards, System-112 will be officially launched.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
