Tatarstan is the first Russian region to carry out state acceptance testing of System-112

The state acceptance commission announced results of System-112 testing positive. When Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media passes a bill to introduce the number 112 in Tatarstan, and the relevant legal act is accepted in the republic, System-112 will be put in commercial operation.
State acceptance testing of System-112 was carried out in Tatarstan on November 20-22. The state commission included representatives of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media, Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Information and Communication, Ministry of Health, Ministry of the Interior, Tatarstan Department of Federal Security Service, and a representative of the Council of municipalities.
Guests from all over Russia were also present at the event.
System-112 was presented by the Centre of information technologies, the operator of GLONASS+112 system. The commission checked functional capabilities of Call Centre, integration of System-112 with «03», «02», «01» services and Crisis Management Centre.
By results of three-day work, the state commission highly estimated development and operation of System-112 in Tatarstan. Tatarstan experience and best practices will then be used in other regions.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
