Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization: Videoconference meeting on providing information on income, expenses, property and property-related liabilities

On Wednesday, the Anti-Corruption Inspection Department of the Directorate for Anti-Corruption Policy under the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan organized a videoconference (VC) on providing information on income, expenses, property, and property-related liabilities. During the discussion, the meeting participants considered key aspects of filling out certificates and drew attention to violations in this area. As many as 289 inspections of state and municipal government agencies were carried out in 2024, and 239 violations were revealed.

Methodological recommendations and deadlines for submitting information

Participants of the videoconference meeting got acquainted with methodological recommendations based on materials from the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. The deadline for submitting information is set until April 30, 2025, revised certificates should be submitted within one month after the end of the main deadline, that is, until May 31.

Important points when filling out certificates.

Particular attention was paid to maintaining a clear structure and sequence of actions in filling out certificates: this is the "Other Income" section, in which it is necessary to avoid overstating the data, which may lead to suspicion of concealing expenses.

Duties of civil servants and additional explanations:

• Notify the employer of any additional paid activities;

• Obtain permission for additional paid activities;

• If you have luxury items/non-standard property, it is recommended to attach additional written explanations to the declarations.

Citizens can use their personal account on the State Services Portal or mobile applications to obtain the necessary information.

We also considered the importance of obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate. A request for an extract can only be submitted by the copyright holder or his legal representative, and the extract can be obtained both in paper form through the Multifunctional Centre and in e-form through State Services Portal.
