Leading group of posts:

Qualification requirements: higher professional education - bachelor's degree, no requirements for work experience. Knowledge and skills in the field of information and communication technologies:

legal aspects in information and communication technologies;

hardware and software;

Policy documents and priorities of the state policy in the information and communication technologies

Skills in strategic planning and management of group activities, taking into account the possibilities and features of the use of modern information and communication technologies in government agencies, including the possibility of using the capabilities of interdepartmental document flow.
