Russian residents increase their interest in new buildings in Tatarstan

Residents of the regions of the country increased their interest in the real estate under construction in Tatarstan.

From January to April, their activity on the websites of developers of multi-storied and private houses increased 2.3 times compared to the same period last year. The main interest of potential buyers is focused on new housing in Kazan.

MegaFon analysts studied anonymised data of users' appeals to specialized Internet resources: since the beginning of 2024, residents of other regions visited the portals of developers of the capital of the republic most often.

These platforms accounted for more than half (57 per cent) of the total data traffic of real estate websites.

Residents of Moscow, Bashkortostan, Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk regions are interested in apartments in new houses in Kazan and low-rise housing in the suburbs.
