Konstantin Gagarinov appointed director of the Kazan branch of Tele2
Previously, he headed the regional representative office of a telecom operator in the Kirov region. In his new post, Konstantin Gagarinov will strengthen the position of the mobile operator in the telecom market of the republic, and will be responsible for the development of the company in Tatarstan, the growth of financial performance and subscriber base, as well as improving the quality of customer service.
Gagarinov joined the Tele2 team in 2013 as director of the Kirov branch. Under his leadership, 3G and 4G networks were launched in the region, a large-scale project was launched to reformat the retail network, and the dealer landscape was reconstructed. During his time working at the Kirov branch of Tele2, Gagarinov created a high level of staff involvement, which contributes to the team’s stable achievement of key financial and technical indicators.
