According to the MegaFon analysts who studied depersonalized data from base stations near the country's summer cottages, every weekend the consumption of Internet traffic in suburban areas increases by 50 per cent compared to weekdays. Peak values occur in the afternoon from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and in the evening from 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Gardeners spend more than a third of their data on video platforms, mostly watching short YouTube videos. Summer residents spend 12 per cent in messengers, more often in Telegram and 9 per cent in social networks, the most popular is VKontakte. The operator's specialists are constantly improving the quality of the network. New base stations appeared in the spring and summer in the residential and summer cottages of the Aviastroitelny and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan. The latest improvement in communications has affected the village of Staroe Pobedilovo, where private houses are located, new cottage development is underway, and there are garden communities nearby.
