How to issue a Fan ID for the start of the Premier League season. Instruction

The Premier League season starts on July 23. To attend matches, it is necessary to issue the Fan ID card. There are 3 ways to get it.

Method 1.

«State Services Portal and Multifunctional Centre»

 1. Log in to the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation and proceed to the service «Fan ID».

2. Confirm your personal data (update if necessary).

3. Upload your photo and click «Check photo».

4. Wait for confirmation of the card application.

5. After changing the status of the application, visit the Multifunctional Centre to verify your identity. Take with you the identity documents that you provided in your application.

6. Inform the employee of the Multifunctional Centre that you need to verify your identity to receive a Fan ID.

7. After checking the data at the Centre, Fan ID will appear in your personal account at the State Services Portal.

8. It is ready. You do not need to print the card, it is valid in e-form.

Method 2. “State Services Portal. Biometrics"

1. Log in to the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation or download the State Services application. Fan card»

2. Install the application "Gosuslugi. Biometrics"

3. Choose who to draw the card on - for yourself

4. Choose the way of identity verification "Biometrics"

5. Confirm your personal data (update if necessary) and upload your photo

6. Verify your identity: look into the camera and speak the numbers on the screen.

7. Submit an application

8. The fan ID card will appear in your personal account in no more than 72 hours.

Method 3.

"Going to the Multifunctional centre".

 You can apply for a Fan ID at the nearest Multifunctional Centre.

From January 1, 2023, obtaining a Fan ID is mandatory to attend all MIR Russian Premier League matches.
