Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a Decree stating that from May 26, children under 14 can apply for a fan ID without visiting the Multifunctional Centre. The card will be issued automatically if the parent fills in the data about the child at the State Services Portal.
Among other innovations is that now the disabled and disabled children from 14 to 18 will be able to get the ID Card with the help of the clubs of the Russian Football Premier League.
According to the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, there will be separate windows for pensioners and the disabled at the stadiums of the Russian Premier League, where they will be able to obtain the ID Card. In order any fan could apply the Fan ID online without visiting the Multifunctional Centre, he needs: a verified account on State Services Portal, a valid 10-year new generation international passport (with a chip), a smartphone with an NFC module, the State Services Fan ID application. The service has been operating since March 15.
