The Children's IT Park hosts a “Lesson of Digit” on quantum technologies
From April 5 to April 30, 2023, «Lessons of Digit» devoted to the study of quantum technologies under the federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy» of the national programme «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation» are being held in Russian schools. The project is organized by «Digital Economy» non-profit organization with the support of Russian Ministry of Digital Economy, the Ministry of Education of Russia in partnership with the leading Russian technology companies. The «Rosatom» State Corporation together with the Russian Quantum Centre is a strategic partner and developer of the «Lesson of Digit» content.
On April 19, under the implementation of the project, the Children’s IT Park held a thematic Lesson of Digit on the topic «The City of the Future: how quantum technologies change our lives». Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Rustam Khidiyatullin held the lesson for schoolchildren. The Deputy Minister informed the students of 5th-8th grades about the application of quantum computing, communications and sensors in everyday life. Students learned about new specialties in quantum technologies, key universities and training opportunities. At the end of the lesson, the participants consolidated their knowledge with the help of a simulator on the Lesson of Digit website.
