The Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network and Russian Communication Workers Union sign new Collective Agreement

On March 31, at the branch of Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network "Moscow regional centre", at the foot of the Ostankino TV tower, a new Collective Agreement for 2023-2026 was signed. On behalf of the employer, Director General of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network Andrey Romanchenko and on behalf of employees, Chairman of Russian Communication Workers Union Anatoly Nazeikin signed the document. The new Collective Agreement provides for social benefits for employees in excess of those established by labor legislation.

The new Collective Agreement was prepared by a bilateral Commission, which included representatives of employees from all federal regions and representatives of the employer. Employees made their proposals at preliminary discussions in the labour collectives of branches.
