The best 3D modelers to present Tatarstan at the All-Russian Olympiad
More than 60 young modellers from Tatarstan came to the Quantorium in Naberezhnye Chelny to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in 3D modeling at the regional qualifying stage of the 8th Open All-Russian Olympiad in 3D technologies.
For the sixth time, the Children’s Technopark in cooperation with the Association of 3D-education (St. Petersburg) under the development of the project «Engineers of the Future» holds the Olympiad. It is aimed at developing engineering and technical competencies of schoolchildren and their interest in scientific and technical activities.
In just 6 hours, participants of the competition will have to develop one of the proposed tasks depending on the age category: «3D-model of a robot processing small household waste», «3D-model of a car running on biofuel», «3D-model of the system of treatment of industrial emissions to the atmosphere or industrial wastewater».
The results of the creative competition will be summed up on February 17, 2023. The result of the work of the modelers will be CAD models, drawings and prototypes with high quality 3D printing. The best teams will go to the northern capital - Saint Petersburg to represent Tatarstan at the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad.
