Tatarstan Government launches programme on increasing computer literacy of population

By initiative of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov all Tatarstan citizens, members of Tatarstan Government and Cabinet of Ministers will be able to undergo training “Solo on keyboard” (developed by a psychologist and journalist, teacher of Lomonosov Moscow State University School of Journalism Vladimir Shakhidzhanyan).

The 10-finger typing method will enable create electronic documents faster, keep up correspondence more efficiently and spend less time on making different references and reports.
