During summer holidays Tatarstan pupils are taking an active part in “IT champion” contest

On July 18-25 the number of participants of the regional contest “IT champion” increased by 3000.
The contest started on March 1. Total number of pupils participating in the contest made 235 000. 229 new personal accounts were registered. The main prize is iPad.
As for July 25 pupils from Aktanyshsky, Atninsky, Muslyumovsky, Mamadyshsky, Tyulyachinsky and Sabinsky regions are taking an active part in the contest.
“IT champion” contest is being held under the auspices of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
Winners in nomination “Most active pupil” will be chosen at the end of May, the beginning of September and after 20th of December.
The contest is organized by Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication and Ministry of Education and Science.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
