Since the start of the COVID-19 hotline, 122 received 1,199,826 calls.

The 24-hour COVID-19 contact centre was opened in Tatarstan on November 25, 2020. Tatarstan residents can contact the centre by the short number 122. More than 50 operators and a telephone robot Lilia advise residents on topical issues of coronavirus infection, provision of medicines and polyclinics. Most often, Tatarstan residents ask about the readiness of tests for coronavirus, where you can be tested, and specify the time of operation of polyclinics. Since January 14, 2021, residents of Tatarstan can also enroll for vaccination by 122 number. In total, 29,893 residents of the republic have already used this service.
