Kazan University to offer MA in programming engineering

The Higher School of Information Technologies and Systems of the Kazan Federal University launches MA programme in programming engineering. The programme aims to train skilled specialists capable of developing and adopting information systems. It includes extra theoretical and practical training in foreign languages, engineering disciplines, design, system analysis, methods of programming engineering and research skills.
Training will be carried out by individual plan under the direction of leading companies such as OAO “ICL-KPO VS”, OOO “Fujitsu Services”, OAO “Tattelecom”. This year 25 people can enter the course according to interview results. The course duration is 2 years.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
