Russian Post to open Centre of international post exchange in Kazan

At the forum “Post Three 2013” Head of the Department for special procedures of Main Directorate of Customs Processing and Control Aleksandr Morozenkov informed that Russian Post and Federal Customs Service are reforming the system of the international post exchange. 19 offices of the international post exchange will start functioning throughout the country from July. New offices will open in Novosibirsk, Kazan, Moscow and Sochi. Kazan office will be opened in October-November.
