As many as 2934 surveillance cameras monitor holding of the Unified State Examination in Tatarstan

Rostelecom Telecommunication Company has prepared a video surveillance system for the main period of the Unified State Examinations (USE) at Russian and foreign exam points. Graduation tests are held from May 26 to July 2 in all entities of the Russian Federation, as well as in 97 points in foreign educational organizations at embassies, consulates and military units in 59 countries of the world. At least two surveillance cameras are installed in each classroom. In total, more than 131.5 thousand cameras will be used for video surveillance of the USE-2022, which will ensure objectivity and make the process of passing exams as transparent as possible, the press service of the telecom operator reported. In Tatarstan, 1,455 classrooms in 83 points and 12 rooms in the regional information processing centre are equipped with video surveillance systems. As many as 2934 surveillance cameras will monitor holding of the state exam.

Over 15,000 federal and regional online observers, as well as behavior analysis technology using an artificial neural network, will control the final certification and identify violations in exams.
