The fifth wave of learning has started on the School 21 campus in Kazan. More than 10,000 applications were submitted during the entire winter recruitment, and 280 of the most successful participants completed basic training.
Among applicants, 27 per cent are students and 73 per cent are line specialists and those who want to change their profession. The training lasts from one and a half to three years and it can be combined with studies at a university or work. In order to get the basic training, it is necessary to submit an application on the website, go through two memory and logic games, as well as an in-person qualifying intensive, which lasts 26 days. The next qualifying intensives will start in the summer of 2022, in total there will be three intensives, on June 20, August 15 and September 12. The training programme traditionally includes a three-month internship, which takes place in the largest companies in Russia. Ninety-five per cent of students receive a job offer during their internship and work in companies such as Sber, Sibur, Yandex and other companies.
