The Organizing Committee of the Award and members of the CIPR DIGITAL industry expert jury together with the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, will consider the projects of Russian companies and will determine the best using a specially developed methodology.
Awards nominations focus on import substitution and digital maturity in key sectors of the economy: industry, agriculture, construction, urban environment development, transport and logistics, energy infrastructure, financial services, health care, education and science, public administration, computer games, entertainment and the media.
To apply for the nomination, it is necessary to register in your personal account on the Award website and prepare a project description. The application should also include a presentation of the project (no more than 10 pages). Projects should be implemented in 2019-2022 and meet the application requirements in each nomination. No more than two different projects can be submitted simultaneously from one organization to participate in several nominations. Participation in the Award is free. Applications are accepted until May 10 inclusive. From May 11 to May 17, the jury will evaluate the selected projects and will form a short list. The popular vote will be held from May 19 to May 29.

The award is held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, as well as industry communities: the Big Data Association, the Fintech Association, the Digital Transport Logistics Association.
