Tatarstan has developed a Decree on the use of artificial intelligence technologies

The text of the decree is published on the official portal of legal information of Tatarstan.

The document defines an algorithm for e-interaction between citizens and authorities with organizations working in the artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

In particular, the requirements for publication of public information on AI technologies, introduced in the activities of the authorities of the Tatarstan government, were approved. The Regulation provides that AI projects should  meet the following criteria:

• depersonalization of personal data;

• openness and transparency of decisions;

• ensuring access to services for all population groups;

• mandatory verification of solutions.
