Yandex launches a free advance training course for computer science teachers

Yandex launches a free advanced training course for teachers of informatics - Methods of teaching an informatics course for the basic school in accordance with the new edition of the Federal State Educational Standard on the example of Yandex Textbook.

During the course, teachers will learn:

✅use a free school course from Yandex Textbook to prepare students for the Basic State Examination and Unified State Examination;

✅ identify their professional deficits and build both their individual educational trajectory and their students;

✅ use the capabilities of Yandex Textbook to involve schoolchildren in active cognitive activity in the classroom;

✅ use the capabilities of Yandex services to create didactic materials and organize the activities of students using domestic software;

✅ use the possibilities of online services to organize individual and collective activities of students and create educational materials.

Course duration is 26 academic hours, and it lasts 6 weeks. After passing the final certification, teachers will receive a certificate of completion of training and a standard certificate of an advanced training.

The course will be held in an online format - teachers will be able to complete tasks at a comfortable pace and at a convenient time. The course curators will methodically and technically help teachers.
