Ayrat Khayrullin arrives on a working visit in Leninogorsk

On March 25, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin arrived on a working visit in Leninogorsk, where he, accompanied by Head of Leninogorsk region Ryagat Khusainov visited school 2 and conducted an open lesson, namely a lecture with a short session of questions and answers, for schoolchildren of 9-11 grades.

The «Lesson of Digit» should become monthly in all schools of the republic. In each class, once a month, students will discuss current and significant topics related to IT - digital professions, cyberbullying and others. At «Lesson of Digit» Khayrullin informed schoolchildren about artificial intelligence, new opportunities in the IT sphere and the work of marketplaces.

Then the minister took part in a meeting on the provision of state and municipal services, held in the meeting room of the mayor's office and chaired by Khusainov.

In his address to the State Council of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov declared 2022 the Year of Digitalization in the region. Digitalization is not an end in itself. This is primarily a tool that gives an opportunity to improve the quality of life of our citizens, to ensure their well-being and increase of incomes, as well as the competitiveness of business», the Head of the region said, opening the meeting.

Leninogorsk region provides 104 services: including 71 municipal and 33 state services. As of March 25, 2022, 73 socially significant services have been transferred to e-form, of which 64 municipal services are provided in the region and are available on the State Services Portal of the republic.

Digital information is aimed at increasing the share of socially significant services in e-form up to 95 per cent, increasing the share of households with broadband Internet access to 97 per cent, achieving "digital maturity" of key sectors of the economy and increasing investment in domestic solutions in the IT area. Tatarstan has become one of the top leaders in increasing the share of mass socially significant services available in e-form.

“We want to make the republic a region attractive for IT business. Today infrastructure IT projects of Tatarstan are of great interest to other regions. IT people from other cities of Russia are moving to Tatarstan, I also wanted Leninogorsk region to be no exception,” Khayrullin emphasized.
