A number of services provided in the Multifunctional Centre on the principle of "one stop shop" changed

The Government amended the recommended list of state and municipal services to be provided on the «one-stop shop» principle in the multifunctional centres of state and municipal services. The services of the Pension Fund have been added and some services operated by the regions have been excluded.

Since January 1, 2022, the law on transfer of a number of social payments in the country into the system «one-stop shop» through the Pension Fund of Russia came into force. A number of benefits have also been transferred to the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation and are being implemented proactively (without filing application), therefore such services have ceased to be provided at Multifunctional centres.
