Kazan TV Tower to turn on festive illumination on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation

On December 12, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the branch of Russian television and radio network “Radio Television Broadcasting Centre of Tatarstan” will turn on the festive illumination at the Kazan TV tower.

Together with the Kazan TV tower, festive lighting will appear on the TV towers in Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Grozny, Kaluga and other cities. Russian flag will be broadcast on the media facade of the Ostankino tower and a festive scenario of architectural and artistic illumination will turn on at nightfall.

The Constitution Day is a memorable date. The Russian Constitution was adopted by a popular election in 1993. One year later, December 12 was declared a national holiday.
