The Bank of Russia pays special attention to the issues of consumer protection and customer satisfaction of products and services of financial organizations. To this end, the regulator initiated a survey on public satisfaction with the safety of financial products and services.
The survey of the Bank of Russia will help to assess risks, increase the level of security of financial transactions, and plan measures to improve the security of using e-services. The online survey will take place from November 1 to December 3, 2021.
