Kazan has its own TV and radio broadcasting museum

On October 15, in celebration of the 90th Anniversary of National Television Broadcasting and the 20th Anniversary of Russian television and radio broadcasting network (RTRBN), in the National Radio and Television Broadcasting Centre in Troitsk Forest, a solemn opening of the Museum of Television and Radio Broadcasting took place. 

Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin, Deputy Director of Russian television and radio broadcasting network Boris Terebilenko, Head of regional branch of RTRBN Vladimir Yakimov and their colleagues from branches, heads of regional media companies, specialized educational institutions and other officials took part in the ceremony.

The museum is implemented as a targeted project aimed at the student youth and RTRBN specialists, and is aimed at the formation of civic-patriotic qualities, knowledge of history, instilling interest in their profession. The museum exhibits reflect the history of the development of Russian television and radio broadcasting on the example of our republic.
