Multifunctional centres of Tatarstan switch to an intense operating regime

The Multifunctional Centres of Tatarstan are switching to an intense operating regime due to the increased workload from citizens who want to receive QR codes and confirm an account on the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation.
On the coming Sunday, all Multifunctional centres will operate from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - but only on issues related to state services and data account confirmation.
As many as 30 volunteers will start working in Kazan to assist centres’ staff with technical issues and advise visitors.
To confirm a data account on the State Services portal, it is not necessary to go to the Multifunctional Centre. It can be done in the bank’s mobile application.
