Since the beginning of the year, the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan provided about 3 million services
In the first six months of 2021, Multifunctional centre of Tatarstan provided about 3 million services to the citizens, which is 60 per cent more than during the same period last year. At that time, the total number of services provided amounted to over 1,800,000.
“The decrease in activity was influenced by the restrictive measures because of the pandemic. This year, there is a steady increase in the number of required documents processed through Multifunctional centre. Now many people apply to the offices for several services at once,” Director of Multifunctional Centre in the republic Lenara Muzafarova said.
She also said that today there are 60 “My Documents” offices in the republic. They receive up to 16,000 people a day. Since the beginning of the current year, the budget of the republic has received 282 million roubles as the state duty for services provided by federal departments.
