Ak Bars Dom Company takes part in the CLIC Digital Training Programme

Employees of the Ak Bars Dom (ABD) group of companies became participants in the CLIC Programme, being implemented under the Digital Economy national project of the Human Resources for the Digital Economy programme.

From May 11 to May 12, a project session of the ABD group of companies was held under the programme for training managers and teams of the digital economy - the CLIC Programme.

The programme includes training in digital competences and project activities and the development of own projects. Students get acquainted with data-based management technologies using artificial intelligence, mathematical statistics, machine learning and data visualization.

Head of Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan Dinar Samigullin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Danis Vildanov, HR Director of ABD Group Elena Danilova and Head of the CLIC Programme Maria Spiring welcomed the session participants.

During the participation in the CLIC programme for the Development of Anti-Crisis Leaders and Teams of the Digital Economy, the ABD introduced 20 projects on digital transformation of business-processes, on the results of work 20 teams were formed from 180 participants-employees of the ABD.
