Kazan TV Tower to join the Earth Hour campaign

On March 27, Russia will host the Earth Hour campaign - the most massive international environmental campaign in history. The World Wildlife Fund, its organizer, appeals to all who care about the future of the planet to turn off the lights and household appliances for one hour.
In support of this campaign branch of Russian television and radio broadcasting network “Radio and television transmission centre of Tatarstan” will turn off architectural and artistic illumination of the TV tower in Kazan. The campaign starts on Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
