30,000 postal items monthly delivered to Tatarstan citizens by Russian Post Office couriers

The number of parcels delivered by Russian Post Office couriers in Tatarstan in 2020 increased by 15 per cent compared to 2019 and amounted to more than 357,000.
Express mail service (EMS) is the most popular service among the Russian Post clients.
In 2020, residents of the region used EMS delivery about 213,000 times, which is 24 per cent more than in 2019. It is explained by the growing activity of corporate clients - entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens. Delivery volumes of small packages (most often with commodity attachments from online stores) usually increase before the holidays.

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
