On January 18, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin held a regular meeting of the Architectural Council via videoconference, where Council members discussed the development of digital solutions in the construction industry.
At the beginning of the meeting, Khayrullin emphasized that properly built digital algorithms will not only help to make the construction industry convenient, but also optimize many processes, which will reduce bureaucracy in this area.
Head of Project Portfolio Manager of Digital Development Department in Construction and Environmental Management of Digital Transformation Centre Georgy Tsoy made a keynote report and informed about the new project of DTC, the Urban Management Information System launched last December.
It is a unified digital system for employees of government agencies, where all urban documents are collected, processed and stored automatically. All documents required for construction services are prepared and approved here.
To date, as many as 11 services (2 - state and 9 - municipal) have been implemented. In the first half of this year, the system will be available to responsible employees of all regions of Tatarstan.
