Kazan IT-park celebrates 11 anniversary

On October 23, 2009, the Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park", built under the state programme "Establishment of technoparks in the sphere of high technologies in the Russian Federation” opened its doors.

During 11 years of work, the IT park has become the centre of attraction of the IT industry of the region. Today, 134 companies are residents of the IT park, and the number of employees in resident companies is 3,243 people.

The business incubator of the IT park has a significant impact on the development of innovative areas and the development of the information technology sector. For 9 years, about 550 graduates have graduated from the Business Incubator, and the founders of these companies have created over 1,300 jobs.
