Network of multi-purpose centers for rendering state services to be created in Tatarstan

“Tatarstan has fulfilled all assignments of the Russian President contained in the Decree № 601 dated as of 7.05.2012 “Concerning main areas of improvement of the state management system”, Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov stated at a meeting at the office of Chief Federal inspector on RT.
The Minister focused on measures that enabled rendering of state services quicker and easier. Introduction of electronic interdepartmental interaction made considerable contribution to making the procedure easier.
To the point, the system of electronic interdepartmental interaction was launched in republic on July,1, 2012. All government and local self-government authorities were connected to the system. The system of electronic interdepartmental interaction involves spheres of most significant and popular services.
The Minister also informed that the Commission for improving quality and accessibility of state and municipal services in Tatarstan had been established in Tatarstan the year before.
Tatarstan has got wide experience in introduction of electronic services. It was in January 2011 when the republican Government approved the plan on starting rendering of state, municipal and socially important services in electronic format. According to the plan, 91 services are to be transferred to electronic format in 2011-2013. Today electronic state services are rendered via 145 information terminals, Portal of state and municipal services (uslugi.tatarstan.ru), and its mobile version (m.tatar.ru).

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
