To create a personal account on the portal, it is necessary to indicate passport data and phone number. Residents of the republic who earlier registered in the system using SMS, can enter their personal account through the code received in the first message about the successful registration.
To receive a permit it is necessary to choose a target from 11 introduced in the list. Two additional goals are available in the web service - visiting hairdressers and the Multifunctional Centre.
