On January 27, during a summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia Aleksey Volin handed in state awards to the most distinguished employees of the industry.
By order of Russian Minister of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media, Head of the Azino fixed-line network operation group, fixed-line department Branch of Mobile TeleSystems Company Vladimir Khokhlov was awarded “Master of Communications” title for his merits in the development of telecommunications, information technology and mass communications and for many years of fruitful work.
