President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented his annual message to deputies of the Tatarstan State Council. He noted a special role of informatization and information technologies in life of modern society.
Tatarstan is transferring to new level in the sphere of state and municipal services aimed at creating comfortable conditions for citizens. From July 1, 2012 authorities are not entitled to require documents and information available at other state agencies.
“The project “Electronic Tatarstan” helped to make the procedure of gaining state and municipal services more comfortable. The tool for public assessment of activity of authorities “People’s control” as launched. These projects, the initiative of federal Open government and formation of investment attractiveness bring us closer to the new task on arranging and implementation of the project “Open Tatarstan”,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
“Two years ago IT-park was opened in Tatarstan that became a bright point on the innovative map of Russia. The second IT-park has started working in Naberezhnye Chelny. It will ensure use of modern information technologies in the Kama region,” the Tatarstan President noted.
Moreover, realization of a unique project “Innopolis” has started.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
