Implementation of GLONASS+112 to be finished by the end of 2012

By the end of year 100 percent of monitoring services in Tatarstan will be provided with computer equipment needed for the system GLONASS+112. “For now, 70 percent of services are supplied with necessary equipment, about 34 percent of emergency vehicles are connected to the system GLONASS+112,” Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov said.
A seminar for operators of emergency services was held at IT-park today for employees from Apastovsky, Buinsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Laishevsky, Agryzsky, Bavlinsky, Alkeevsky, and Mendeleevsky regions.
A unified state information system GLONASS+112 has been functioning in Tatarstan since July 2009. It is aimed at calling emergency services by a single number 112, coordination of work on saving the injured, liquidation of consequences and prevention of accidents in Tatarstan.
By the end of this year the project is to be implemented throughout Tatarstan.

A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
