As many as 600 Tatarstan citizens transit to digital television

On July 23, speaking at a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Airat Khairullin said that every day, about 600 citizens of the republic are transiting to digital broadcasting, but 118,000 people continue to watch analog television. The task of the ministry is to inform all these citizens about the ways of connecting digital equipment, to watch 20 TV channels in high digital quality.

Over 2,000 specially trained volunteers will help the residents of the republic to connect the set-top box. Everyone can leave a request for their call through the hotline of Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communication: 8-800-222-87-16.
