Representatives of Innopolis University take first four places at Europe's largest Junction hackathon

As many as 1300 developers from Finland, Estonia, Russia, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Ireland and other countries participated took part in the hackathon, held at Aalto University (Helsinki).

The University of Innopolis informs that IT representatives won the AI ​​and Big Data track, took first and second places in the case of VKontakte social network, developed the best solutions for autonomous vehicles in the Finnish city of Tampere and invented how to find investors for startups using blockchain technologies.

Graduates of Innopolis University and the founders of the tourist startup BeTrip have come up with a smart bot that helps to find tickets, accommodation and leisure based on the user correspondence context. The invention helped IT graduates to win in the AI ​​and Big Data track.

Andrey Tropin’s team of the University of Innopolis developed a technological solution for one of the largest social networks of how the future messenger will look like.

Other teams of the University also brought victories at the Hackathon.
