Tatarstan Telephone Communications celebrates its 130 anniversary

On November 27, Tatarstan telephone communications celebrated its 130th anniversary and the date, when the first city telephone stations appeared, which became the starting point for the development of the communications industry. People had a new, very convenient means of communication, due to which they could communicate with their families and friends from different parts of the world.

Over 130 years of its development, telephone communication in the republic has come a long way from analog to digital high-speed information transmission systems. The last 20 years have proved particularly eventful, large-scale and breakthrough for the development of telephone communications.
