Russian Post to deliver IKEA goods

On October 11, during the E-Commerce 2018 conference, the Russian Post and the Swedish chain of furniture and household goods IKEA signed a memorandum of intent in the field of delivery of goods in Russia.

Director General of the Russian Post Nikolay Podguzov and Director General of the IKEA Retail Chain in Russia Pontus Erntell signed the document.

The parties are currently negotiating about the terms and conditions of future cooperation, the launch of which is scheduled for 2019. The nomenclature and volume of IKEA product categories delivered by Russian Post, as well as the delivery time will be detailed later.
