More than 340 applications for Algarysh grant submitted through portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru

Applications for RT Government grant “Algarysh” have been submitted through the Portal of state and municipal services uslugi.tatarstan.ru within a month. For this period candidates have submitted 431 applications.
In order to submit an application they had to register on the Portal in a personal account, choose the category “candidates”, fill in an electronic application form and attach copies of required documents. Acceptance of applications for grant “Algarysh” has now finished.
“Algarysh” is a program of grants of RT Government which implies staff training and retraining in leading Russian and foreign educational centers “Algarysh”. It is the first regional program of this kind in Russia. The program has been realized since 2006. It is aimed at solving two important problems of social and economic development of republic: training and support of brainpower and satisfaction of economic need for highly skilled personnel.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
