Amount of fines for violations committed upon placing wire lines in Tatarstan makes 74,4 mln roubles

Total amount of fines imposed in 2011-2012 for violations committed upon placing wire lines in Tatarstan towns made 74,4 mln roubles.
185 decisions on the imposition of administrative sanctions on legal parties (communication organizations and owners of administrativeу buildings) and fines for the sum of 32,4 mln roubles were passed in 2011, whereas in 2012 there were 259 decisions for the sum of 42 mln roubles.
To the point, works on changing suspended communication lines for underground must be finished by the end of 2012 in Tatarstan. 738 air cable junctions between houses have now been removed.
Communication providers, municipalities and RT Ministry of telecommunications started signing tripartite agreements on changing suspended communication lines for cable channels in December 2011.

During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
