IT projects of “Open government” will be of applied nature and be realized within 3-5 years

First meetings of subgroups on preparation of proposals regarding formation of the system “Open government” in Russia was held in Moscow business school “Skolkovo” on February, 22.

To the point, in accordance with the order of the Head of RF Presidential Administration Sergey Ivanov a list of subgroups by activities of a working group on preparation of proposals regarding formation of the system “Open government” in Russia was formed on February, 17.

Vice-premier – Minister of infrmatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov and Director general of ZAO “Holding company “Composit” Leonid Melamed were appointed heads of the area “Development of system used for rendering state and municipal services in electronic format and modern communication means”.

The first meeting was held with participation of such experts as Director-general of Joint-Stock Financial Corporation Sistema Mikhail Shamolin, Director-general of FGUP “Gosznak” Arkady Trachuk, Chairman of Invision group Board Dmitry Taraba, CEO of cluster of IT Innograd “Skolkovo” Aleksandr Turkot, vice Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Committee for assignments, rewards and corporate management of Joint-Stock Financial Corporation Sistema Leonid Melamed, President of IBS Group Holding Anatoly Karachinsky, “Projector” managing partner Leonid Volkov.

A set of ideas and initiatives on use of information technologies for increasing transparency and efficiency of state management, creating tools of feedback with citizens were presented to experts at the meeting.
