Technological center opened in technical college of communications

A training technological center opened in Kazan technical college of communications on January, 27. In the event took part Deputy PM – Minister of informatization and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Director of Cisco business in Russia and CIS Pavel Betsis, Director general of JSC “Tattelekom” Lutfulla Shafigullin, and President of OOO “Step Logic” Yuri Kantarovski.
Opening of a technological center on the basis of Kazan technical college of communications was followed by conclusion of Agreement about mutual understanding and cooperation between RT Government and Cisco company in the sphere of development and implementation of information and communication technologies. The document was signed by Nikolai Nikiforov and Pavel Betsis.
New technological center will give wide range of opportunities for training IT-specialists of international level for servicing city and republican networks.
Students will be able to acquire skills of working with advanced technologies that are actively used by operators upon rendering services to population. Thus, after graduation from the technical college they will be ready for servicing functioning networks.
“We must keep up with the latest achievements. A highly - skilled specialist is a highly-paid specialist. With launching this training center the market will get professionals, specialists - proper living and working conditions”, Nikolai Nikiforov said.

The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
